Overview: <p>The Staff Therapist&nbsp;position will provide therapy and other needed services to children/youth that are placed in Adult &amp; Child's therapeutic program. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide clinical services and evidence based treatment to assigned Foster Care clients</li> <li>Provide crisis intervention and emergency services</li> <li>Develop and maintain effective working relationships with referral sources, other team members and community partners</li> <li>Maintain agency and DCS standards with documentation</li> <li>Participate in training and development within and outside the agency per agency and DCS guidelines</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work or license-eligible&nbsp;behavioral health field</li> <li>Must be license-eligible</li> <li>2 years of preferred experience in the human services field</li> <li>Enjoys working with people. Reliable, responsible, can work both as a member of a team and independently.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
