Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Provide treatment to assigned zero suicide caseload</li> <li>Help to promote a healthy and supportive work culture</li> <li>Coach and supervise employees on their assigned areas of responsibility</li> <li>Crisis Intervention and emergency services</li> <li>Involvement in organizational committees, assisting Team Leader with facilitating meetings, staffings, or other team gatherings</li> <li>Complete documentation timely and accurately, maintaining ethical standards, proficiency in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <ul><li>Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. </li><li>LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC required </li><li>Minimum of two year experience working in human service related field </li><li>Enjoys working with people, dependable, can work both as a member of a team and independently. </li><li>Ability to organize, manage time, oral and written communication skills</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and willing to transport clients as needed</li></ul>
