Overview: We are currently seeking therapists for our Crisis Stabilization Team. This position will provide risk assessment and safety planning for clients in an outpatient setting. It will also involve crisis intervention via phone or in person, and completing weekly phone check ins with high risk clients. The position includes working within a multidisciplinary context and maintaining accurate and protected medical information. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Complete safety plans with clients in an outpatient setting.</li> <li>Provide crisis intervention via phone or in person</li> <li>Phone check ins on a weekly basis with a small caseload of high risk clients to assess risk/review safety plan.</li> <li>Complete MSEs and coordinate with hospitals if an acute stay is required.</li> <li>Communication and Collaboration with Collateral Contacts</li> <li>Develop and Maintain Effective Relationships</li> <li>Accountability and Documentation</li> <li>To be a Positive Representation of Adult &amp; Child Health</li> </ul>
Requirements: <UL><LI>Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling</LI><LI>Two years of clinical experience</LI><LI>Licensed Eligible Required</LI><LI>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred</LI><LI>Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation</LI></UL>
