Overview: <p>We are currently seeking an Intake Clinician Therapist for Intake/Triage. This position will provide bio psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and links to resources for inpatients, outpatients, their families, and significant others. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct confidential, quality psychological assessment to determine the appropriate level of care</li> <li>Based on the assessments, make referrals to the most appropriate programs and agencies in an effort to help clients access the right level of care to best meet their treatment needs</li> <li>Work closely with clients to engage them in the decision-making process and help them understand the benefits of accessing the appropriate level of care</li> <li>Crisis Intervention</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Master's degree and is license eligible for LMHC, LCSW and/or LMFT in Indiana</li> <li>Two years of clinical experience</li> <li>LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred</li> <li>Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation</li> </ul>
