Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, market trends, and talent needs.</li> <li>Create and execute sourcing strategies using ATS tools, resume databases, social media, and professional networking platforms.</li> <li>Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches and guide them through each stage of the hiring process.</li> <li>Communicate clearly with candidates&mdash;sharing updates, setting expectations, and presenting opportunities in a compelling way.</li> <li>Support hiring leaders with interview coordination, feedback, and competitive job offer recommendations.</li> <li>Negotiate and close offers while addressing potential counter offers to secure the best talent.</li> <li>Track and share progress through regular, data-driven reports.</li> <li>Recommend improvements to processes and practices, helping us deliver consistent, excellent results.</li> <li>Travel occasionally for client meetings, team events, or training sessions as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.</li> <li>Strong sourcing skills, including experience with ATS platforms, resume databases, and social recruiting.</li> <li>Solid understanding of HR principles, compliance, and employment laws.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;you can influence, advise, and engage at all levels.</li> <li>A customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.</li> <li>Strong Excel and reporting skills for tracking and presenting recruiting metrics.</li> <li>Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.</li> <li>High school diploma required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, HR, or related field strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Advanced RPO?</strong><br />You&rsquo;ll be part of a team that values expertise, collaboration, and innovation in talent acquisition.
