Overview: <p>The Client Change Request (CR) Program Manager drives the monitoring and oversight process for the delivery of client funded change requests. This position is accountable for the oversight of the delivery of custom development work requested and funded by Advantasure&rsquo;s clients. The Program Manager role will be the single point of contact between the technology and development teams, the Client Relations team and the leadership and governance oversight team. The primary focus of this role is to usher success through each phase of the entirety of the process, adding a layer of accountability for on time and on budget delivery of client CRs. While this role will have no direct reports, the Program Manager will be empowered by the leadership team to hold process owners accountable for delivery at each stage of the process.</p> <p>This position requires strong organizational and planning skills, decision making within the scope of the position's responsibilities, and the use of discretion and good judgment. This role engages with executive levels of the business to influence resource-related decisions and challenges assumptions.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Owns the monitoring and oversight process for Advantasure Client Change Request Portfolio</li> <li>Continues to evolve and refine oversight model seeking consensus in cooperation with impacted departments and respective leadership</li> <li>Leads oversight meetings and facilitates prioritization and scheduling issues / conflict resolution with appropriate Department Heads and Senior Leadership</li> <li>Ensures on-time and on-budget delivery of Client Change Requests and fosters communications and updates to the client relation teams</li> <li>Leads meetings and drives key decisions with all stakeholders to define ongoing monitoring, and success criteria to initiate and deliver projects on time</li> <li>Utilizes a refined body of metrics related to intake, execution, delivery and billing of the Advantasure Change Request portfolio</li> <li><a target="_blank">Proactively follows-up on open issues with senior leadership, as well as other relevant parties, in order to implement solutions in a timely fashion</a></li> <li>Works with Release Train Engineers and Project Managers to ensure high standards of quality in the delivery of Change Requests</li> <li>Maintains and provides information about new and in-development requests to help support forecasting future work volume.</li> <li>Works with the technology reporting team to deliver internal performance reports through the entire process.</li> <li>Support the continuous improvement of the change request delivery process through close observation of the end-to-end process and active knowledge of the process performance.</li> </ul>
