Overview: <p>The Senior Analyst is responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to coordinate the development and implementation of programs and strategies that improve operational programs and services to our customers.</p> <p><strong>THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED REMOTELY ACROSS THE U.S.</strong></p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Research, analyze, identify, and evaluate data to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues</li> <li>Identify and/or analyze business problems and devise procedures for solutions to the problems</li> <li>Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives</li> <li>Lead and contribute to strategic initiative implementation projects</li> <li>Develop and improve workflows and business processes that improve customer service, decrease operational costs and improve the overall quality</li> <li>Assist with the development of project and process documentation, reports, and presentations</li> <li>Recommend and assist with implementing standard policies and procedures</li> <li>Assure that corporate compliance is communicated, implemented, and monitored on an ongoing basis</li> <li>Assist personnel by answering questions, supplying information, and training</li> <li>Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field. Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.</p> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <p>Four (4) years of experience in a related field required to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.</p> <p><strong>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of project management methodology and processes</li> <li>Ability to plan, organize, direct and control projects</li> <li>Excellent analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience using project management tools such as SmartSheets or MS Project</li> <li>Working knowledge of MS Windows applications required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)</li> <li>Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement</li> <li>Ability to speak effectively among peers, leadership and clients</li> <li>Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas</li> <li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives</li> <li>Ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p> <p>Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards.</p>
