Responsibilities: <p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serves as the key contact/strategic relationship executive for CareWell contracted facilities,</li> <li>Visits contracted facilities to train, transition and oversee staff</li> <li>Participates in contracting, model of care, process improvement and quality initiatives</li> <li>Serves as the operational lead for the NPs, ensuring that all requirements are met</li> <li>Works in collaboration with the Medical Director and other senior Clinical leadership to review and improve quality of care and related initiatives</li> <li>Responsible for quarterly financial performance reviews with contracted facility senior management, monthly sales/membership meetings, monthly staff meetings with CareWell staff, as well as weekly sales meetings</li> <li>Leads business development strategies and plans for sales, enrollment and retention. Ensures compliance with all Medicare and Medicaid program requirements, i.e., Medicare Marketing Guidelines and Enrollment regulations</li> <li>Prepares presentations and meets with the Executive Director to review and strategize on CareWell progress, issues identification and resolution, and continuous performance improvement</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Position Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration or equivalent level of experience. Clinical leadership/executive experience will be considered as well as other advanced clinical education and certifications</li> <li>7-10 years of professional experience in the health care field</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Part D program requirements, and knowledge of federal and state assistance programs</li> </ul>
