Overview: <p>The Account Executive finds business opportunities and manages customer relationships. They are directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.</p> <p>They have talent in sales and experience in customer service. A reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.</p> <p>The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas</li> <li>Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to writing the business</li> <li>Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships</li> <li>Present quotes/proposals to prospective clients</li> <li>Ensure all relevant data and information is captured in the broker management systems</li> </ul> <p>including the S Drive.</p> <ul> <li>Provide professional after-sales support by ensuring a smooth transition to a specific Account Manager or Associate to enhance the customers&rsquo; dedication</li> <li>Relationship Management: Remain in frequent contact with the clients above a certain premium level others as per on-going and close communication with the Account Manager and Associate.</li> <li>Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company&rsquo;s reputation &ndash; escalating as required to management&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure all relevant data and information is captured in the broker management system</li> <li>Attend all 120 &ndash; 90 day meetings and complete the requirements as outlined in the Alpine guidelines for the Pre-Renewal Strategy.</li> <li>Responsible for all accounts which have a total account premium of $10,000+ along with the Account Managers and Associates.</li> <li>Responsible for premium collection on new business written.</li> </ul>
Requirements: Level 2 General Insurance License<br />CAIB, CIP or other designation an assett<br />Previous sales experience in commercial insurance
