This is an opportunity to take a consulting approach, engaging new and existing clients, as well as our sales team, to identify a need for our increasing services. As an integral part of our team, you will build out your role as a trusted advisor and capitalize on this position to grow revenue within the existing and new client base and increase the client&rsquo;s value and revenue.</span></p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are a relationship builder and a trusted advisor. You may be part of the CRE industry right now or you may want to step into a company leading the trend in PropTech solutions and products. You are currently working for a SaaS company selling consulting services or you are an experienced consultant who enjoys the business development side and its uncapped earning potential. You are ready and willing to travel up to 50% of the time. You come armed with the communication skills to comfortably lead meetings with executives and the mindset to thrive in a team-focused sales environment. </span><br /><br /></p> <p><strong>What&rsquo;s in it for you? Responsibilities: <p><strong>What our new Consulting Sales Specialist will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute the end-to-end sales process. You will: <ul> <li>Prepare formal proposals, quotes&nbsp;and&nbsp;contracts.</li> <li>Hold business reviews to assess opportunities for professional services sales.</li> <li>Monitor the needs and requirements to ensure they are met.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Nurture relationships. You will proactively manage existing accounts and build relationships with key&nbsp;stakeholders at&nbsp;new ones.</li> <li>Collaborate. You will work closely with the Sales and Field Services Reps. You will develop an&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;of&nbsp;the client&rsquo;s business requirements and needs;&nbsp;leading&nbsp;to closing the sale.</li> <li>Consult on solutions. You will travel from coast-to-coast for in-person meetings and product demonstrations with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Seek opportunities for business development. You will generate new leads and manage sales inquiries and marketing responses.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>So, how do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. You have a university degree in Business. An MBA would be an asset.</li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">The experience. You have several years of consulting experience and a demonstrated ability to work with clients to extend and expand services and engagement; you enjoy the growth aspect of business development. Alternatively, you have a minimum of 3 years selling consulting services for a software product and a desire to build relationships with clients.</span></li> <li></li> <li>A passion for solving business problems. From analyzing business needs to designing solutions, you are invested in seeing your clients success.</li> <li>The knowledge. You know who the key players are in an organization and how to navigate the moving parts to gain approval for a successful adoption of our consulting services.</li> <li>The confident personality. You can sit down with decision makers and develop an understanding of their needs. More importantly, you can creatively respond to those needs using our products.</li> <li>The flexibility to travel. You are committed to fostering relationships and running demonstrations face-to-face at institutions across North America.</li> <li>The technical knowledge.
