Responsibilities: <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what our new Subject Matter Expert will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Become a Subject Matter Expert. You will develop a deep and broad understanding of our products, features and potential. You will provide expertise around our solutions as it relates to Asset Management, Valuations, Underwriting/Originations, Budgeting, Forecasting, Investment Management, Business Processes, Data Aggregation and Business Intelligence.</li> <li>Support product marketing strategy. You will work collaborate with Product Management and Client Services to: <ul> <li>Collate market information and provide feedback to product management.</li> <li>Properly position service work.</li> <li>Create market presentation and demonstration materials.</li> <li>Attend Trade-Shows and Industry Events.</li> <li>Present at industry events and webinars.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaborate with: <ul> <li>Sales and Marketing to create, prepare and deliver onsite and remote product demonstrations to properly position service deliverables.</li> <li>Altus business units on strategic accounts.</li> <li>Your team to support other initiatives as needed including RFI&rsquo;s, RFP&rsquo;s, SOW&rsquo;s, white papers, etc.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Design. You will analyse and evaluate a client&rsquo;s business requirements and processes. You will recommend change improvement and work with the client and internal Development team to design and implement solutions.</li> <li>Drive. You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts. You will: <ul> <li>Facilitate adoption of Argus Enterprise and other Argus Solutions in EMEA, including ValCap customer utilisation of AE.</li> <li>Participate in Client Evaluations and Proofs- of-Concept.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>So, how do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The industry knowledge. You have 5 years experience in real estate, real estate software or real estate consulting in the following areas: enterprise system deployment, underwriting, asset management, portfolio management, valuations, investment management, business intelligence. You have a demonstrated ability to work with clients in a technical or advisor capacity. You have insights into the CRE industry and an understanding of our products.</li> <li>The technical skills. You are proficient with Microsoft Tools including Powerpoint and Word; you have advanced Excel skills. SQL and SSRS are a benefit. Real Estate Technology Solutions is a plus including some of the following solutions/areas: <ul> <li>Argus DCF and/or Cougar.</li> <li>ARGUS Asset Management (DYNA).</li> <li>Valuation Capitalisation.</li> <li>Taliance, eFront.</li> <li>Yardi, MRI, or other Property/Investment Management Systems.</li> <li>Other Business Intelligence Platforms.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The personality. You can build relationships with internal and external clients. Your oral and written communications are excellent. You can facilitate discussions and make presentations. More importantly, you can creatively respond to those needs using our products and translate technical terminology into easy-to-understand business concepts.</li> <li>The flexibility to travel. You have a valid passport and driver&rsquo;s license. You are able to travel up to 25% of the time throughout the region.</li> <li>The language.
