Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Customer Support team member will:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to the success of the team and the organization as a whole. You will interact extensively with internal and external clients, promoting expansion opportunities and transitioning customers smoothly to field sales or services team members.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate with customers of all levels. You will reach out to renewal contacts at the customer site ranging from end users to small business owners. From Managers to the VP of IT.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proactively reach out to customers. You will show initiative and connect with customers. You will build relationships. You will share knowledge and expertise specific to the business of maintenance renewals.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Increase the value of existing licenses. You will use your understanding of the customer&rsquo;s business and our software to expand their subscription. You will identify renewal accounts sending quotes out in a timely manner, consolidating where appropriate. You will seek opportunities to sell multi-year maintenance policies.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Secure the renewal for all of our customers. You will meet or exceed your quarterly quota within your assigned territory to confirm subscription renewals and maintain our customer&rsquo;s satisfaction. You will maintain a reduced backlog of outstanding renewals.</span></li> </ul>

You learn new technology quickly. Your telephone and email communication skills are outstanding. You are comfortable making warm (not cold) calls; probing and finding opportunities to upgrade subscriptions.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> The ability to communicate is Spanish is an asset.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Meticulous. You have a high attention to detail and you are familiar with the language of contracts. You can manage your own time, meet your goals. You enjoy working independently, setting your own pace. You can stare down a list of 200 renewals at the beginning of the quarter and create a detailed plan of attack to work through the calls and emails.
