This is an opportunity to focus on marketing automation leading to higher conversion rates of leads and opportunities.</span></p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are a Senior Marketer with expertise in marketing automation, from landing pages to drip campaigns, you know how to engage our target customers. You want to step up to a role that will give you a broader ability to impact the entire marketing lifecycle. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Marketing Manager will focus on:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strategy and execution. You will develop and manage lead conversion activities targeting prospects and base customers in the Americas. You will work closely with sales to create opportunities for prospect engagement and interaction through targeted automated marketing programs including:</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Designing and launching targeted landing pages on our website.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Implementing email nurturing campaigns.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Executing on customer programs, and client relationship-extending marketing initiatives.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pipeline development. You will support outbound lead generation marketing activities including:</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Integrated campaign creation and execution.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Promotion of webinars and in-person events.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Content marketing. You will collaborate with both inside stakeholders and outside vendors/agencies to deliver both original and re-purposed content to be used for campaigns and programs, sales enablement, and awareness.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>How do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The education. A university degree in Business, Marketing or related field.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The experience. You have several years in B2B marketing with specific expertise in inbound automated marketing activities. You are passionate about building a career in software marketing. You have experience with hands-on execution of marketing programs and campaigns.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The get-it-done mentality. You proactively drive action to obtain results. You can work independently, with little direction, to efficiently execute your objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The communication style. You have outstanding written and verbal skills. Your presentation skills are impressive. You know how to target - and reach - an audience effectively.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The relationship building skills. You are a strong collaborator and an influential leader. You can engage cross-functional teams and enjoy working closely with Sales. You can build connections with internal and external stakeholders and manage vendor relationships and deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The technical knowledge. You have hands-on experience with desktop publishing (e.g. Photoshop, In-Design), CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot and Pardot). You can:</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Optimize content for passive engagement through search engines, LinkedIn or YouTube searches. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Use the engagement studio, a drip campaign implementation tool for Pardot, or a similar tool to build and roll out effective nurturing campaigns. </span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The flexibility. You are comfortable traveling up to 10% of the time, to elite networking events and high-profile conferences throughout the region.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The bonus skills.
