You have a positive, supportive leadership style and you understand the difference between strictly managing targets and coaching the best efforts and results from a team.</p>
Responsibilities: <p dir="LTR"><strong>Here&rsquo;s what you will do as our new Sales Team Lead:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">Create and execute an inside sales strategy. You will focus on go-to-market plans for new products, sales strategy for existing products and design key business development, sales and marketing initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Inspire. You will motivate, support and work closely with individuals and the team to successfully meet and exceed their quarterly and annual revenue targets.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Grow the team. You will assess the needs of your team from training and mentoring to hiring, additional members.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Analyse, report and present. You will clearly articulate forecasts, analyse reports and dig deep to both understand and explain results. You will conduct research and backup your findings, providing alternate approaches.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Sell the brand and sell the solution. From forecasting to account analysis; from proposal and project planning to presentations you will support your team throughout the sales cycle to successfully promote and sell our products.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Cultivate the territory. You will assist your team by nurturing new and existing supportive relationships with clients and colleagues.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p dir="LTR"><strong>So, how do we know you are our new SMB Sales Team Lead? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">The education. You have a degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Real Estate. Or, you might be able to sell us on why your degree is just as effective.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">The experience. You have progressive, proven success meeting or exceeding quotas and targets in a CRE solutions or other software sales leadership role. You have in-depth knowledge of inside sales metrics and how to motivate a team to find and reach clients using marketing leads and technologies such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Twitter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">The communication skills. You are well spoken, confident and detail-oriented. You are charismatic and a respected leader who can inspire the work and dedication of their team.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">The drive. You absolutely must have a technical mindset and interest in technology. You know how to balance and prioritise sales.
