Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Customer Success, we are currently looking for a Delivery Lead to join our team. As the first Delivery Lead for our a newly created service line, you will define and focus on Customer Success, building customer relationships as well as the sales approach and process. We are a fast-paced, independent, sales-focused, client facing, and global organization. We are not just redefining the landscape of real estate software and services but building the road through it.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Delivery Lead will provide:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leadership. You will be accountable for the sales support and delivery functions of new projects. You will: <ul> <li>Analyze and exercise a high-level of judgement when evaluating and determining client&rsquo;s business requirements and processes and communicating recommendations on change improvement.</li> <li>Prepare and provide proof of concepts to support sales cycle and user requirements.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver proposals (&ldquo;statement of work&rdquo;) for initial and ongoing service deliverables against client requirements balanced with technical capabilities.</li> <li>Provide repeatable services that can be delivered quarter over quarter against customer requirements and product architecture.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ownership. You will shape and adapt the sales support and delivery objectives to support growth and scaling.</li> <li>Trust. You will build an atmosphere of cross functional collaboration among departments, functions and business units.You will nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and executives.</li> <li>A culture of execution. You will manage and contribute to multiple engagements at various stages in the sales and implementation lifecycle.</li> <li>Product knowledge. You will develop an in depth understanding of our Investment Management and Data Solutions suite of products. You will professionally communicate the value of our suite through face-to-face, virtual, one-on-one, small and large presentations, formal and informal sessions. You will support sales with RFPs, RFIs etc.</li> <li>Inspiration and mentorship. You will build and manage teams with a &ldquo;delivery first&rdquo; focus. You will work with individuals and the group to ensure delivery objectives are met on time and exceed customer expectations.</li> <li>Customer insights. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to gain an understanding of how our customers engage with and benefit from our products. You will grow your network to uncover new opportunities, extend existing ones and deepen client relationships. You will travel to customer sites, conferences, etc. as needed (est. max. 35%-40%).</li> <li>Passion and expertise. You will apply your knowledge and thrive in a hands-on and high level role. You will be involved in the end-to-end process, from evaluation and architecting to scoping and delivery of client solutions.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>How do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The experience. Consulting in client services within the real estate or private equity industry or SaaS/enterprise software services. Preferred in-depth knowledge of Taliance, eFront or MRI/Cougar implementation and roll-out.</li> <li>The knowledge. An understanding of investment management, waterfall structures, asset management, portfolio management, valuations, business intelligence, enterprise system deployment, data flows, technical integration and reporting.</li> <li>The technical proficiencies. MS suite of tools; expert in Excel and advanced cash flow modeling techniques. An understanding of technical on-premise and cloud patterns such as virtualization, integration and data flows. Knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise, ARGUS DCF and/or ValCap, Voyanta and other ARGUS Solutions is a plus.</li> <li>The drive. A desire to increase technical competency in existing and new practice areas and technical patterns.</li> <li>The leadership.
