Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Americas, our Houston-based Marketing Manager will focus on development and execution of marketing plans and programs to support pan-regional sales activities that help build and progress sales pipeline, strengthen customer retention and drive market awareness of the ARGUS solutions and the Altus Group brand.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>You are a project-driven, creative, hands-on Marketing Manager with a global perspective and a strong background in executing a B2B Software Marketing strategy. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Marketing Manager will focus on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Planning. You will create and deliver targeted marketing plans to support the regional sales teams. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Americas to develop and execute an overall Americas marketing plan including the establishment of key GEO marketing and campaign priorities, awareness initiatives and ensure alignment of plans with the Americas sales objectives.</li> <li>Execution. You will work closely with sales and other stakeholders to identify, manage and execute on a full scope of mixed marketing programs This includes: <ul> <li>Establishing our presence and prominence at industry conferences and tradeshows.</li> <li>Designing and launching seminars, webinars.</li> <li>Hosting customer conferences.</li> <li>Creating awareness programs and opportunities for sponsorships.</li> <li>Implementing email nurturing campaigns.</li> <li>Launching social media campaigns.</li> <li>Executing on channel partner marketing activities, customer programs, and client relationship-building marketing initiatives.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Pipeline development. You will develop and manage related lead generation activities targeting prospects in the Americas.</li> <li>Content delivery. You will collaborate with both inside stakeholders and outside vendors/agencies to deliver both original and re-purposed content to be used for campaigns and programs, sales enablement, and awareness.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>How do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. A university degree in Business, Marketing or related field.</li> <li>The experience. You have 4+ years proven expertise in B2B or B2C software marketing. You have experience with hands-on execution of marketing programs and campaigns including:</li> <ul> <li>Development of key objectives.</li> <li>Identification of effective tactics.</li> <li>Design of original or repurposing of existing targeted content.</li> <li>Management of operational elements including logistical coordination and budget.</li> </ul> <li>The digital marketing experience. You have proven success planning and rolling out integrated digital campaigns. You are very familiar with - and abide by - best practices in this area.</li> <li>The proactive drive. You have a genuine passion for marketing, business and flawless execution.</li> <li>The data-backed approach. You can articulate your process for execution, how you mobilize and engage teams, drive ROI and key performance metrics that you use for measuring and reporting to the business.</li> <li>The bonus skills. You have knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. You are familiar with LinkedIn marketing and advertising.</li> <li>The relationship building skills. You are an active collaborator and influential leader. You can engage cross-functional teams and enjoy working closely with Sales. You can build connections with internal and external stakeholders and manage vendor relationships and deliverables.</li> <li>The technical knowledge. You have hands-on experience with desktop publishing (Photoshop, In-Design), Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot or Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce).</li> <li>The communication style. You have outstanding written and verbal skills. Your presentation skills are impressive. You know how to target - and reach - an audience effectively.</li> <li>The flexibility.
