Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Business Analyst will focus on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer engagement. You will: <ul> <li>Initiate conversations and meetings with customers to gather product feedback.</li> <li>Develop insights and examine customer purchase trends to build an understanding of how customers leverage the service.</li> <li>Generate specifications including acceptance testing criteria, user flows and mockups and work with the Development teams to size and endorse the stories.</li> <li>Work closely with Developers and Architects to validate implementation approach and ensure accuracy in solution design.</li> <li>Collaborate with QA to review test plans and bugs.</li> <li>Guide the Support and DevOps teams on level three production issues.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Stakeholder management and communication. You will: <ul> <li>Engage internal stakeholders to design solutions</li> <li>Coordinate release efforts with MIS, Support and DevOps</li> <li>Communicate release information out to internal stakeholders including Accounting, Finance, Sales and Support.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>An ideal combination of education and experience. You have a university degree and experience as a Business Analyst at a SaaS company.</li> <li>An understanding of cloud computing technologies such as AWS, CRM tools, eCommerce workflows and Software Subscription models. Knowledge of principles such as infrastructure scaling, provisioning, etc.</li> <li>An analytical mindset. You can quickly understand and analyze various approaches and processes instantly. You can drill down to the details, obtaining the right level of specificity for your development team. Eliciting requirements &ndash; whether they be technical or functional &ndash; is your strength.</li> <li>&nbsp;A winning communication style. You have a way of speaking to people on any level, so they understand even the most complicated presentation.
