We need someone who has contacts and experience with dealing with top financial institutions to increase adoption and market standardization of ARGUS Development Product Suites..</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Currently ARGUS Enterprise is the standard in Americas for Asset Valuation &amp; Cash Flow Analysis tool for Stabilized Commercial Real Estate Assets. &nbsp;We are looking for someone who would help mirror the success of ARGUS Enterprise with ARGUS Developer becoming the Standard for Development Asset Valuation and Development Cash Flow Analysis.</span></p> <br /> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have an insider&rsquo;s view of the ins and outs of the CRE industry having worked in Valuation, Lending, or Investing with Commercial Real Estate Development and Construction. You want to move into a more client focused role where you can apply your expertise at a rapidly scaling software product company. You can comfortably lead a hands-on demonstration for executives, have the energy to travel up to 50% of the time and the mindset to thrive in a team-focused sales environment. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What our new Account Manager will do: </strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Execute the end-to-end sales process. You will:</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and deliver product solution presentations.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prepare formal proposals, quotes and contracts. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hold business reviews to assess opportunities for sales. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor incoming orders and ensure these are fulfilled effectively. </span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nurture relationships. You will proactively manage existing accounts and build relationships with key personnel at new ones.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrate products. You will travel from coast-to-coast for in-person meetings and product demonstrations with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Adopt a global team approach. You will achieve high sales and adoption targets. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Seek opportunities for business development. You will generate new leads and manage sales inquiries and marketing responses. </span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>So, how do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The education. You have a university degree in Business. An MBA would be an asset as would ARGUS Developer or ARGUS EstateMaster Certification.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The industry experience. You have a minimum of 3 years working in Valuation within the CRE industry. Pre-Sales, Business Development or Sales experience is a benefit.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The knowledge. You have an in-depth understanding of how the different financial institutions work within the CRE industry. You know who the key players are and how to navigate the moving parts to gain approval for a successful adoption.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The confident personality. You can sit down with decision makers and develop an understanding of their needs. More importantly, you can creatively respond to those needs using our products. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The flexibility to travel. You are committed to fostering relationships and running demonstrations face-to-face at institutions across North America. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The technical knowledge.
