This is a busy role working closely with our sales team to ensure the efficient, timely and perfect processing of orders is the final step in completing the billing cycle. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own part of the process. You will review and process orders ensuring they comply with booking policies and are complete and consistent.</li> <li>Support the sales team. &nbsp;You will work very closely with the sales team to input more complicated orders, assisting with the data entry, and answering/asking licensing questions.</li> <li>Interact with customers. You will answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding billing. You will follow up on payment when necessary.</li> <li>Expedite resolutions. You will check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy. You will resolve all issues with orders as expediently as possible.</li> <li>Manage records. You will examine account balances for outstanding debts or other inconsistencies. You will update customer records in the global software system.</li> </ul>
