Ideally, you have been part of a software application implementation from the customer or vendor side. You might be working at a large financial institution or a commercial developer. Whether your specialty is asset management, property valuation or data modeling if you have experience in the industry and you want to be part of a rapidly scaling software company, this opportunity is for you.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our Senior Consultant will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Focus on Excel integration with the Voyanta product. You will work closely with our clients and their partners, formulating Excel files, providing data integration support and supporting the reporting customization. This includes having conversations with clients, gathering requirements and writing specs.</li> <li>Build relationships. You will develop and manage strong business relationships with senior executives at customer organizations.</li> <li>Onboard customers. You will execute the efficient implementation and on-boarding of new customers, ensuring their satisfaction.</li> <li>Support the sales cycle. You will join pre-sales conversations to develop an understanding of customer&rsquo;s business requirements and collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement pilots and proofs of concept.</li> <li>Implement solutions. You will manage implementations and oversee ongoing customer support for the third party integrations and custom solutions.</li> <li>Manage partners. You will closely oversee local implementation partners and monitor the quality of their work with our customers.</li> <li>Contribute to the product roadmap. You will work with the product management group to ensure the product development roadmap reflects our customers&rsquo; priorities</li> <li>Travel. You will travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites, conferences, etc. as required to support implementation projects and the sales cycle.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>How do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience. You have 7-10 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, asset management, private equity industry or financial software industry. Ideally, you have exposure to one or more of the following areas: real estate accounting, asset or portfolio management, real estate reporting; as the business contact for a technical implementation i.e., overseeing/leading the implementation of an accounting system, BI tool, reporting platform or enterprise valuation, fund management or property management application</li> <li>financial reporting</li> <li>Knowledge. You understand the concepts of accounting, economics, investments, investment structures, BI solutioning and the organization of a software company.</li> <li>Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills. You can lead integrations and reporting customizations.</li> <li>Advanced database skills. You have an advanced understanding of data structures, databases and data schema.</li> <li>Strong collaborative and relationship building skills. You can work closely with other parts of the business (sales, product management, development, etc.) to deliver outstanding customer service.</li> <li>Excellent account management, networking and communication skills. You have strengths in uncovering new opportunities and deepening client relationships.</li> <li>Excellent project management skills. From managing multiple customer requests simultaneously to an ability to meet project timelines and budgets. Project management certification (PMI) will be considered an asset.</li> </ul>
