We uncover humanity through psychometric evaluations and tests consisting of situational, open-ended questions that don&rsquo;t have a right or wrong answer. Using our rigorous, well-researched and tested assessments combined with data-driven insights, we help determine what the chances of them successfully completing a program is, as well as how professional they will be.<br /><br /></span><strong>Who We Need</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are adding a Customer Success Manager to our team to nurture long-term relationships with our clients as we continue to scale. We need someone passionate about the end-to-end customer experience, working with research and partnering with every internal team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Customer Success Team is the heart of Altus Assessments. Everything we do as a company for our customers goes through or comes from us. We work alongside Sales, Marketing, Development, Product and Research. We help determine what the customer wants and what program we can offer. We help interpret requirements, weigh options and determine the extent to which we can accommodate customizations. You are willing to commit to a six month onboarding and ramping up period, reading research papers, shadowing teammates and absorbing everything you can about what we offer. You are genuinely warm, smart and trustworthy. You want to focus on solving complex problems while nurturing relationships and having conversations you find truly enlightening. You have experience in customer success or account management; this isn&rsquo;t a call centre or helpdesk role. You have 2+ years B2B or B2C account management, customer success, or sales experience. You may be from a tech startup, a growth company or a corporate environment. You are committed to following processes and trying new things. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The collaborative approach. You can build relationships within and across teams. From one-on-one conversations to panel presentations, your communication skills are outstanding.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The dedication.
