Responsibilities: <p><strong>As our new Software Account Representative, Emerging Markets, you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The experience.</strong> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have 1-3 years experience in end-to-end sale</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">s, either directly in the CRE industry or selling subscription-based software solutions. You have a history of meeting and exceeding your sales quotas. You are metrics-driven and comfortable using a range of tools and resources to generate leads and pursue deals.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The communication skills.</strong> You can easily build a positive, professional relationship with stakeholders at any level&nbsp; &ndash; listening, understanding, and responding. You have an exceptional ability to understand a client's business needs and provide them with a solution. You have outstanding negotiation skills. Your written abilities are equally strong.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The drive and the detail.</strong> You are meticulous and organized, whether it's planning your calls, making presentations, or reviewing and interpreting sales contracts and licensing agreements.
