As a result of this growth and transformation, we have identified a need for a Program Manager, Business Transformation. This newly created role will be a key influencer and a leader of strategy across all lines of business as we focus on evolving as an organization.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Who we need</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">You are an experienced Program Manager seeking a chance to bring about and influence change across a rapidly scaling, mid-sized global company or you are a Project Manager with extensive leadership experience overseeing professional services implementations. Either way, you have direct Change Management experience and you want an opportunity to make your mark starting - and building out - a new initiative at a market leader. You want to be both hands on in the execution of the strategy as well as visionary as you work with a range of business unit leaders to plan approaches, circumvent issues and bring about transformational change.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What&rsquo;s in it for you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><em>Impact and influence.</em>&nbsp;This is a rare opportunity to be one of the first influencers of change management at a global organization. This is an organization-wide role where every project is complex and has a direct impact on the transformation and growth of the business. You will face exciting challenges working with stakeholders to align project strategies with the overall vision; optimize internal relationships and introduce an enterprise-wide approach to leveraging external relationships.</p>
Responsibilities: <p dir="ltr"><strong>Major areas of focus for our new Program Manager, Business Transformation will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong><em>Leading the enterprise-wide program strategy.</em>&nbsp;</strong>You will nurture and grow strong internal and external relationships and develop a deep understanding of our current state of business relationships, interconnectivity and gaps across all business lines. You will roll out comprehensive program plans, control program performance and apply change, risk, and resource management methods. You will optimize resources and lead the management of all processes, across multiple business lines and geographies, for strategic and operational planning and implementation.</li> <li><strong><em>Driving the strategic and innovative project initiatives across Altus Group.</em>&nbsp;</strong>You will be accountable for ensuring deliverables are achieved in line with the transformation strategy. You will work with C-level executives, program leaders, project managers and other key stakeholders to prioritize projects. You will assist with the establishment of a project management framework. You will directly manage three or more interrelated high-impact projects. You will ensure projects and programs under your purview achieve impactful, measurable business outcomes.</li> <li><em><strong>Championing and communicating the strategy.</strong>&nbsp;</em>You will achieve agreement at an early stage of the project to facilitate adoption and inform the overall project plan. You will influence and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure key change management activities are integrated into the overall project plan, workflows, processes and documents including: <ul> <li>Stakeholder assessments.</li> <li>Engagements plans.</li> <li>Communication plans and supporting materials.</li> <li>Transition monitoring and sustainability plan including measurement systems to track stakeholder adoption and business benefits realization.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p dir="ltr"><strong>So, how do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. A Master&rsquo;s degree in finance, business administration or information systems is preferred. A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or higher) in business, organizational change management or a related discipline is required. Exposure to a formal organizational change management framework and an understanding of Agile, Waterfall and other project methodologies are an asset. PMP certification is a bonus.</li> <li>The experience. 10 years progressive experience as a Project Manager in Professional Services overseeing mid-to-large scale projects. Proven expertise leading a transformational, change management or operational optimization program impacting one or more elements of people, process and technology simultaneously.</li> <li>The communication skills. Outstanding ability to relay information orally or in writing. You can speak to any level of internal or external client. You are comfortable making formal and informal presentations that bring together strategy and high level concepts. Your written work from process documentation to project communications is impressive. Your project updates - written and oral - are clear and concise.</li> <li>The relationship management finesse. The ability to develop relationships and be viewed as a trusted advisor who can proactively manage sponsor and stakeholders&rsquo; expectations. Motivate and encourage issue resolution and encourage cooperation among teams with conflicting goals and objectives.</li> <li>The mindset. Well-developed and proven analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. The ability to think creatively about solutions and encourage others to do the same.</li> <li>The flexibility.
