You are an analyst, trainer or software support specialist within CRE. Or, you might be a recent grad with a real estate or finance degree. Responsibilities: <p dir="LTR"><strong>As our new Knowledge Base Specialist, ARGUS Software, you will focus on:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>Portal Document Library.</em> You will create, audit, maintain and update documents and articles for publishing.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>Portal Video Library.</em> You will use Camtasia to create How-to videos, engaging teammates for voice-over recordings. You will create, maintain and update videos for publishing.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>Global content delivery. </em>You will assist with research, development and design of end-user, industry-relevant content across multiple regions.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>End-user solutions. </em>You will act as a Subject Matter Expert and collaborate across teams - including Training, Support, Product and Development - providing insights and guidance.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>Knowledge transfer sessions.</em> You will attend all knowledge transfer sessions. You will review release notes for knowledge content and determine the need for new articles or updates to existing ones.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>Social media and discussion boards. </em>You will create and closely monitor customer community profiles, discussion boards, social media posts and comments. You will engage the users, provide tips and tricks and resolve or escalate issues/complaints promptly.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>Content effectiveness. </em>You will assist in post-implementation; analyze the effectiveness of departmental tools, environments and solutions by observing usage and evaluate impact.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>Research and new development. </em>You will assist in gathering and analyzing information to determine the most effective platforms for knowledge content, training offerings and support delivery to ensure that they reflect the needs of the business.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR"><em>Administration.</em> You will report on defined goals, statistics and pipeline development to the manager. You will update, maintain and deliver support policies and procedures. You will work with auditing to ensure data integrity.</p> </li> </ul>
