You will grow your skills as you work closely with the HR Technology Manager.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Impact.&nbsp;</strong>You will provide Workday expertise within and across teams on a day-to-day basis as well as part of project teams.</p>
Responsibilities: <p dir="ltr"><strong>Our new HR Analyst, Workday will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive key data analysis initiatives. You will design, create, manage, analyze and report on HR Information.&nbsp;</li> <li>Expand utilization as part of a project team. You will add functionality to Workday. You will validate data, create and update back-end system fields, processes and notifications.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and support. You will follow up on outstanding transaction approvals and handle escalated tickets.</li> <li>Produce reports. You will produce reports and analyze data from Workday on an ad-hoc basis for use in statistical analysis, strategic planning, internal/external surveys, presentations and financial reporting.</li> <li>Ensure accuracy. You will ensure accuracy and completeness of HR reporting and metrics to provide insight into business decisions.</li> <li>Follow best reporting practices. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of best reporting practices to bring standardization and consistency to Global metrics and reporting requirements associated with Human Resources - turnover, headcount, hires, etc.</li> <li>Collaborate. You will work closely with team members and business partners to prioritize business and information needs in relation to data and reporting through the HCM.</li> <li>Be the SME. You will act as HCM Subject Matter Expert, providing coaching to all system users with HCM systems issues, questions and changes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p dir="ltr"><strong>Our new HR Analyst, Workday has:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. You have a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or business related-discipline. Understanding of the discretion required involving HR data and information is essential.</li> <li>Hands-on experience. You have 2-3 years configuring the system and producing reports of various parameters in Workday and working with complex data. You have advanced skills in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint.</li> <li>An analytical nature. You have strengths in collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating significant amounts of information with a high level of detail and accuracy. You can build and implement logical processes.</li> <li>Outstanding communication and relationship building skills. This is a team environment requiring the ability to translate requirements. Presentations are made frequently across teams and at the executive level.</li> <li>The drive.
