We need a Senior Analyst, Workday to work side-by-side with our Manager, Human Resources Technology, Analytics, and Solutions on global HR projects. Responsibilities: <p dir="LTR"><strong>Our new Senior Analyst, Workday will:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">Ensure effective workflows and system adoption. You will define Workday specs for Business Processes and Configuration. You will work directly with stakeholders to balance their business needs with best practice Workday principals and technical capabilities.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Act as the Technical contact. You will assist stakeholders with project plans to recommend and implement system improvements and new applications/ modules; system process design, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, etc.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Act as a project lead for larger Workday projects as well as module implementations. You will manage projects from end-to-end including project planning, scheduling, overseeing resources, communications, user acceptance testing and end user training.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Execute regular maintenance activities. You will be accountable for overall data integrity and management through regular data audits/validations. You will run queries, research unexpected results, deploy solutions, monitor changes and coordinate update testing.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Manage standard and customized Workday report writing. You will develop and maintain reporting practices and standards for consistent global reporting of HR metrics.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Increase adoption of the system. You will act as a peer coach to HR team members and provide training to other system users for all Workday system changes and developments. You will design and develop process, training and support documentation.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p dir="LTR"><strong>Our new Senior Analyst, Workday has:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">The education. You have a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or business related discipline. Ideally, you have WorkDay certification. An understanding of the discretion required involving HR data and information is essential.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Hands-on experience. You have 3+ years in a global, distributed organization leading Workday implementation and configuration projects; producing reports of various parameters in Workday; and working with complex data. You are creative and logical in solving problems and developing business processes; with the ability to focus on the big picture and the details. You have advanced skills in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">An analytical nature. You have strengths in collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating significant amounts of information with a high level of detail and accuracy. You have the confidence and resources to make decisions and to pursue best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Exceptional communication and relationship building skills. This is a team environment requiring the ability to translate requirements. Presentations are made frequently across teams and at the executive level.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">The drive.
