Requirements: <p><strong>So, how do we know, you are the next Business Development Representative for us? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A university degree in Business, </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Commercial Real Estate</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> or Commerce. &nbsp;Or you may just be the kind of person that can sell us on why your degree in Philosophy is just as good.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A passion for people and innovation. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">You might be a recent grad looking for your first opportunity </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">or bring experience in customer service and sales, whether it&rsquo;s retail, a call centre or an introductory role for a B2B company, you have demonstrated success pursuing targets and making customers happy. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">You can adapt to whatever client environment you are in, analyze and assess a situation and come up with a solution to a client&rsquo;s problem.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A genuine interest in commercial real estate. But you need to have a natural ability for absorbing new technical and numbers-based information and applying it.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">An outstanding communication style. You know how to build relationships and stay-in-touch.
