Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new HRIS Administrator will ensure:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Accuracy. You will perform accurate data entry in HR systems (Workday and ADP).</li> <li>Processes are followed. You will review efficiency and effectiveness of the Workday data. You will make recommendations for simplifications and other improvements.</li> <li>Issue resolution. You will work Human Resources, IT, and Finance teams, to resolve minor questions or issues involving Workday. You will escalate issues as required.</li> <li>Data integrity. You will assist in the development and adherence to standards and procedures that protect and improve the integrity - and maintain control -of Workday data.</li> <li>System support. You will update documentation and provide training related to Workday process changes.You will collaborate with team members to coach all Workday users on first level systems issues, questions and changes.</li> <li>Ensure the systems meet the business requirements. You will support the HR team with upgrading Workday system processes and implementation of new modules.</li> <li>Contribute. You will work on multiple projects as part of the HR team.</li> <li>Share knowledge. You will learn from your team and grow to be part of our culture of sharing.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Our new HRIS Admin has:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources or Business.</li> <li>The HR knowledge. You have one year of HRIS experience in a corporate HR environment. You have an understanding of administrative procedures, employment standards and best practices.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills. You are highly-detailed, and you can shift focus from priority to another while maintaining accuracy. You can manage a high volume of work and balance multiple activities, prioritizing calls and requests.</li> <li>The communication skills. Professional documentation and excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to provide training and create reports and presentations.</li> <li>The drive. You have proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a willingness to dig into details and a commitment to improving processes.</li> <li>The technical experience. You enjoy working with an HRIS and data entry. You have advanced skills in MS Office specifically Excel, Access and Powerpoint.</li> <li>The personality. You are a vibrant, committed team player. You understand the confidential nature of HR work and the diplomacy and sound judgment needed to thrive in HR.
