Full-Time, Part-Time and Flexible hours available

$13.50 - $16.00 hourly

Overview: <p>Our caregivers show genuine kindness and concern for seniors and look to fulfill our clients&rsquo; other needs as well (i.e. relational, emotional, and physical care needs).</p> <p>Amada caregivers speak clearly, listen well, and are experts at non-verbal communication through facial expressions, gesture, eye contact, positive body language and touch. This is the essence of quality senior care.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br /><br /><br />Pay and Benefits:</span></p> <ul> <li>CNA or HCA: $13.00</li> <li>CNA or HCA with Nurse Delegation: $14.00</li> <li>No License: $11.50 while completing Training</li> <li>Paid Training 75 hours HCA Course: $11.50</li> <li>Paid Sick Leave</li> <li>Caregiver of the Month Bonus: $50</li> <li>Caregiver of the Year Bonus: $500</li> <li>Health Benefits for those that meet employment eligibility</li> <li>12 Hours Paid Continued Education: $11.50</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living).</li> <li>Bathing, Dressing, Transferring, Toileting, Incontinence, Feeding.</li> <li>Assist with IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living).</li> <li>Shopping, Housekeeping, Medication Management, Meal Preparation.</li> <li>Follow Each Individual's Care Plan.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Active State License: CNA or HCA preferred but not required.</li> <li>Nurse Delegation: Preferred but not required.</li> <li>Must have the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English.</li> <li>Must have valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance and a reliable form of transportation.</li> <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check, as required per WA state law.</li> <li>Reliability and Dependability.</li> </ul>
