Overview: <p>Our AAG Loan Officer&rsquo;s are the forefront of initiating the Reverse Mortgage process. Through building strong relationships with our American Seniors our LO&rsquo;s take pride helping them move through the loan process. Working with 100% inbound leads, thanks to our Marketing and Advertising efforts with <strong>Tom Selleck</strong>, our LO&rsquo;s listen, build rapport, answer questions and analyze the financial situations of our customers on a consultative basis. Requirements: <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>BS Degree </strong>preferred</li> <li><strong>1-3 </strong>years minimum sales experience required</li> <li><strong>1-3 </strong>years minimum customer service experience required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skillsets:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sales Acumen- motivated, sales driven, excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, ability to overcome rejection and rebuttals</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook &ndash; Calendar</li> <li>Results Oriented</li> <li>Competitive</li> <li>Adaptable</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
