Overview: Provide support to Territory Sales Managers and Agents through effective management of our systems. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide support to agents by assisting with customer accounts, facilitating resolution of account statement discrepancies and offering other technical and administrative expertise.</li> <li>Outbound sales calls to assigned agencies.</li> <li>Salesforce administration and maintenance, manage/input agency &amp; user information into Salesforce, create and follow up on pended tasks within the tool.</li> <li>Onboard new agencies &amp; follow up with TSM prospect agency visits.</li> <li>Support the development of sales programs designed to enhance profitable growth with our IA partners (e.g., compensation; incentives; etc.).</li> <li>Flood insurance rollover support and system help.</li> <li>Be proficient in all company products, systems, filings, commission schedules and procedures.</li> <li>Attend industry tradeshows to promote company and products.</li> <li>Attends regular department meetings and scheduled all-staff meetings.</li> <li>Performs other job-related duties as required</li> </ul>
