Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: <br /> <ul> <li>Will maintain, repair, install &amp; perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment such as air handler units, make-up air units, VAV boxes, fan coil units, fans and any other HVAC related equipment.</li> <li>Will be troubleshooting motors and motor control circuits.</li> <li>Will maintain, repair, install and perform preventative maintenance on all refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines and any other refrigeration related equipment.</li> <li>Will braze and solder copper pipe and fittings to make repairs to refrigeration lines.</li> <li>Will work with a building automation system specifically Metasys &amp; Niagra.</li> <li>Inspects kitchen machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards and make any repairs or adjustments as needed.</li> <li>Design and implement plans for new installations.</li> <li>Coordinate and schedule outside contractors as needed.</li> <li>Adheres to departmental quality standards.</li> <li>Follows all safety rules.</li> <li>Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li> <li>Reviews assigned work orders and determines work priorities.</li> <li>Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help out in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">High School Diploma or equivalent.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Five (5) year of HVAC and refrigeration experience in hospitality or related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Must be knowledgeable in the use of electrical test instruments such as a multi-meter.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Must have an EPA Certification.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Strong problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical trades</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Basic computer skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Highly organized and detail-oriented.</span></li> </ul> </div> </div> </div>
