Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: <br /> <ul> <li>Provides excellent customer service to all guests, customers, and employees.</li> <li>Secures company funds; follows internal controls related to position.</li> <li>Redeems coins/tokens, cashes checks, and supplies information to guests.</li> <li>Maintains and ensures the proper routing of the department&rsquo;s paperwork.</li> <li>Balances the window impress total, sell checks and chips, and coins/tokens to the main banker.</li> <li>Maintains communication with all departments, team members, and guests to ensure positive experiences.</li> <li>Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of questionable association.</li> <li>Provides an outlet of sales and redemption of coin and chips for internal and external guests (e.g., general cashier, main bank, fill bank and jackpot/fill window).</li> <li>Maintains a neat, safe, and organized work area.</li> <li>Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Strong problem solving, mediation, and consulting skills.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.</li> <li>Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with guest service issues.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li> <li>Previous casino Cage or cash handling experience preferred.</li> <li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.</li> <li>Ability to work with interruptions.</li> <li>Must have ten-key (calculator) skills.</li> <li>Data entry/computer skills required.</li> <li>Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.</li> <li>MUST be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license :</li> </ul>
