Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Full knowledge of the status of every guest room in the hotel.</li> <li>Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.</li> <li>Utilize the computer software to input property specific data.</li> <li>Effectively utilize the computer software to analyze hotel trends.</li> <li>Effectively organize the room&rsquo;s inventory according to hotel occupancy on a daily basis.</li> <li>Black all room reservations according to the guest&rsquo;s preferences and hotel occupancy.</li> <li>Work with the sales department to help coordinate the blocking of group functions.</li> <li>Review PMS inventory and house count for availability and rates.</li> <li>Maintain and market special guest programs.</li> <li>Facilitate guest room amenity deliveries.</li> <li>Perform Front Desk Agent responsibilities as needed.</li> <li>Ability to maintain, organize, and analyze guest surveys.</li> <li>Ability to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.</li> <li>Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.</li> <li>Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Company standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of one year guest service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Previous Experience as a Front Desk Agent, 1 year minimum preferred.</li> <li>Previous experience in a 4-to-5-star hotel (and the quality and services expectations associated therewith) preferred.</li> </ul>
