(plus tips when dealing)
Responsibilities: <ul> <li></li> <li>Coordinates all Poker operations on assigned shift.</li> <li>Responsible for the supervision of the Poker Room.</li> <li>Adheres to departmental and company policies and procedures regarding guest service standards; trains and mentors all team members to ensure service standards are met.</li> <li>Knowledgeable in all aspects of the game supervised.</li> <li>Ensures utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.</li> <li>Ensures compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and internal Controls.</li> <li>Ensures proper inventory of cheques on Poker to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.</li> <li>Completes play evaluation sheet at specific levels of win or loss.</li> <li>Communicates all information regarding section to incoming Poker Supervisor.</li> <li>Maintains equipment within section.</li> <li>Ensures the integrity of games in assigned section.</li> <li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a dealer in a casino establishment. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. </li><li>Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations. </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented. </li><li>Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. </li><li>Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.</li><li>MUST be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license : https://sbg.colorado.gov/gaming-support-license</li></ul>
