Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week!</li> <li>Assure an accurate soft count by counting and recording information in accordance with gaming regulations and/or casino policies.</li> <li>Assure accurate report of slot drop by keying information into the computer, balancing, and reporting information by computer entries to Finance Department.</li> <li>Maintain and assure the proper routing of the department&rsquo;s paperwork.</li> <li>Maintain the safekeeping of the carts and the contents of the pit drop boxes.</li> <li>Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li> <li>Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Ameristar entity.</li> <li>This is a uniformed position, which requires that team member&rsquo;s are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.</li> <li>Heavy, repetitive lifting</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Strong problem solving, mediation, and consulting skills. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Knowledgeable of applicable Colorado State Gaming License. </li><li>Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office - Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with team member relations issues. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented </li><li>Prior experience in cash handling. </li><li>10-key calculator skills. </li><li>Speed and accuracy in handling money and record keeping. </li><li>MUST be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license : https://sbg.colorado.gov/gaming-support-license<br /></li></ul>
