Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Maintain, repair, install and perform preventative maintenance on all refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines and any other refrigeration related equipment.</li> <li>Braze and solder copper pipe and fittings to make repairs to refrigeration lines.</li> <li>Design and implement plans for new installations.</li> <li>Coordinate and schedule outside contractors as needed.</li> <li>Adhere to departmental quality standards.</li> <li>Follow all safety rules.</li> <li>Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li> <li>Review assigned work orders and determines work priorities.</li> <li>Working as part of a team, you must be willing and able to help out in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Five (5) years of refrigeration experience in hospitality or related field.</li><li>Must be knowledgeable in the use of electrical test instruments such as a multi-meter.</li><li>Must have an EPA Certification.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical trades</li><li>Basic computer skills.</li><li>Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li></ul>
