Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for team members and visitors to the HR office, answering inquiries and directing questions to appropriate HR staff.</li> <li>Provide timely and professional support regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and systems.</li> <li>Manage the HR phone line, email inbox, and HR Drop Box, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.</li> <li>Support team member recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and special projects as assigned.</li> <li>Coordinate badge and name tag reprints for employees and create new badges for contract labor.</li> <li>Maintain and distribute HR informational resources (e.g., brochures, guides).</li> <li>Provide support for HRIS platforms, including troubleshooting and navigation assistance for: <ul> <li>401(k) elections</li> <li>Benefits enrollment</li> <li>Team Member Assistance Program</li> <li>Engagement platforms</li> <li>Team Member Recognition tools</li> <li>PennConnect</li> <li>Other company tools and platforms</li> </ul> </li> <li>Maintain and organize electronic HR files in compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies.</li> <li>Generate and distribute regular HR and compliance-related reports.</li> <li>Prepare and send benefits and unemployment termination documentation.</li> <li>Assist HR leadership with payroll processing tasks.</li> <li>Maintain tracking spreadsheets (e.g., reimbursements, bus passes, referrals, Team Dining Room users).</li> <li>Monitor and order office supplies; coordinate equipment maintenance as needed.</li> <li>Maintain a strict level of confidentiality in all property and team member matters.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li> <li>Customer Focus &ndash; Provides friendly, responsive service to team members and leaders.</li> <li>Ethical Conduct &ndash; Demonstrates high moral and ethical standards in all activities.</li> <li>Communication &ndash; Clearly conveys information in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.</li> <li>Confidentiality &ndash; Handles sensitive information with discretion and integrity.</li> <li>Organization &amp; Accuracy &ndash; Maintains detailed, accurate records while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>1 to 3 years of administrative, HR, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Comfortable learning and navigating HR systems, programs, and databases.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to provide friendly, professional support to team members at all levels.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.</li> <li>Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.</li> <li>Strong customer service orientation with a helpful, approachable demeanor.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li> <li>Flexibility to support HR activities such as orientations, events, and recognition programs.</li> <li>Bilingual in Spanish preferred.</li> </ul>
