Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant greeting</li> <li>Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image.</li> <li>Keep Bars and self-serve stations clean and stocked as well as any additional duties that are assigned by leadership.</li> <li>Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices to ensure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders.</li> <li>Serve your assigned section in the proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by your supervisor.</li> <li>Follow all cash handling procedures of the F&amp;B department.</li> <li>Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same.</li> <li>Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise.</li> <li>Observe and anticipate guests&rsquo; needs.</li> <li>Suggest and up-sell cocktails.</li> <li>Responsible for following the calling order when ordering cocktails.</li> <li>Ensure you are following your TIPS training for responsible alcohol service at all times.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>One (1) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a fast-paced environment preferred. </li><li>Must have cash handling experience. </li><li>Must be able to successfully complete a TIPS (responsible service of alcohol) training class. </li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License. </li><li>Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. </li><li>Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.</li><li>Must have excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Must have excellent communication skills.</li><li>Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing around fifteen pounds.</li></ul>
