Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Greets guests in a timely manner with a smile and a pleasant disposition.</li> <li>Must be familiar with menu, preparation of drinks and food, and prices.</li> <li>Uses suggestive selling techniques.</li> <li>Takes guest&rsquo;s order and accurately inputs it into the computer/register.</li> <li>Explains the ingredients in the various beverages.</li> <li>Carries on a friendly conversation with the guests as coffee is prepared.</li> <li>Prepares for the next shift by filling the supplies and cleaning and sanitizing the workstation and equipment.</li> <li>Works as a Barista making coffee, blended beverages, etc.</li> <li>Works the cash register and maintains an accurate bank.</li> <li>Maintains cleanliness of designated areas.</li> <li>Adheres to all company standards, policies, and procedures.</li> <li>Completes assigned side work and any additional daily tasks.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <li>Previous cash handling experience is an asset.</li><li>High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with others.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Previous Food & Beverage experience helpful.</li><li>Previous Starbucks experience an asset.</li></ul>
