Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Always maintains a positive attitude, supporting the policies of Senior Management of the Casino as well as Senior Management of Ameristar Casino, Inc.</li> <li>Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li> <li>Competently performs all revenue audits/drops.</li> <li>Conducts training for the rev audit team and new hires.</li> <li>Handles projects and reports assigned.</li> <li>Audits all documentation of table game transactions using casino system.</li> <li>Audits all documentation of slot transactions using casino (slot) system.</li> <li>Audits all documentation of food, beverage and retail transactions using the point-of-sale system.</li> <li>Audits all documentation of hotel and related transactions using the property management system.</li> <li>Audits all documentation of cashier transactions, including all receipt and disbursement of cash and chips, related documentation, deposits, and cash variances.</li> <li>Audits all documentation and prepares all reports related to Ticket In/Ticket Out (TITO) transactions.</li> <li>Audits all documentation and prepares all reports related to Kiosk transactions.</li> <li>Audits documentation and prepares all reports related to cash to points transactions.</li> <li>Audits documentation and prepares all reports related to the drop.</li> <li>Audits documentation and prepares all reports related to Title 31.</li> <li>Prepare exception reports for instances of non-compliance with operational practices.</li> <li>Must have a thorough knowledge of ICMP&rsquo;s with respect to job duties.</li> <li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li> <li>Ensure all audits are completed within a time frame and are compliant with the ICMP&rsquo;s.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <li>Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.</li><li>Must have a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees at the casino.</li><li>Must possess excellent administrative and organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to use a variety of computer software programs with competence.</li><li>General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.</li><li>10-key calculator skills are strongly preferred.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED is required. </li><li>Completion of introductory college or high school level accounting courses highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments and meet established deadlines.</li><li>Must be able to always obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming Support license.</li></ul>
