Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install plumbing systems and fixtures in a hotel / casino environment.</li> <li>Perform new installations as required, which includes installing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, shower heads etc.</li> <li>Respond to drain back-ups on the property and take the necessary actions to clear them.</li> <li>Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.</li> <li>This is a uniformed position, which requires that Team Members follow uniformed appearance standards while on duty.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have experience in the use of drain cleaning equipment.</li> <li>Must have experience installing and repairing plumbing fixtures such as toilets, faucets, urinals, sinks, sensor activated flushing devices on urinals and toilets and on sink faucets.</li> <li>Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.</li> <li>Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to issues.</li> <li>Highly organized and detailed.</li> </ul>
