Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Pre-bus, clear, and reset tables.</li> <li>Keep the server stations stocked and replenish necessary items including glassware, ice, straws, napkins, dishware, silverware, condiments, etc.</li> <li>Respond to guest requests or place guests in contact with appropriate person for assistance.</li> <li>Ensure all tables and dining area are immaculately clean and properly set.</li> <li>Uphold Ameristar quality standards of all food and beverage.</li> <li>Abide by Health Department safety standards.</li> <li>Ensure all established cost controls are followed.</li> <li>Responsible for all routine side-work; opening, during-service, closing functions and checklists, etc.</li> </ul>
