Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of slot machines.</li><li>Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.</li><li>Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance.</li><li>Responsible for the machine initial fills.</li><li>Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines.</li><li>Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Programming, or related field and minimum one (1) year of Slot Repair experience required; or minimum two (2) years of progressive Slot Repair experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>General understanding of electronics at the circuit board level.</li><li>General understanding of microprocessors.</li><li>Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. </li></ul>
