Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li> <li>Demonstrate advanced knowledge of basic cooking and preparation methods.</li> <li>Oversees and is directly involved in the production of all food items on restaurant menu.</li> <li>Safely and effectively use all equipment essential to the position.</li> <li>Responsible for all routine opening, during service, and closing functions and checklists.</li> <li>Interact with fellow team members in a cooperative manner.</li> <li>Communicate clearly using appropriate language and conduct when engaging guests and team members.</li> <li>Abide by all Health Department food safety requirements.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of culinary experience preferred.</li> <li>Must have advanced knowledge of cooking and preparation methods.</li> <li>Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.</li> <li>Able to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects or assignments.</li> <li>Able to work flexible hours: nights, weekends, and holidays.</li> </ul>
