Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Ensure quality service standards are followed and cost controls are adhered to.</li> <li>Set up serving stations according to checklist.</li> <li>Answer questions regarding food preparation and make menu suggestions.</li> <li>Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.</li> <li>Assure all tables are clean and properly set.</li> <li>Uphold safety and sanitation standards.</li> <li>Uphold alcohol service regulations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience in a food serving environment is encouraged.</li> <li>Communication skills.</li> <li>Guest Service skills.</li> </ul>
