Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Operates a cash register/P.O.S. System, and performs cashier functions such as giving the guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash, charge, and other transactions according to established procedure.</li> <li>Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines.</li> <li>Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages.</li> <li>Respond to guest requests or place guests in contact with appropriate person for assistance.</li> <li>Answer guest questions&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events.</li> <li>Assist servers and bussers when needed.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm.</li> <li>Comfortable with cash handling skills.</li> <li>Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders.</li> <li>Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.</li> <li>Able to work flexible hours: nights, weekends, and holidays.</li> </ul>
