Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of casino equiptment</li> <li>Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.</li> <li>Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance.</li> <li>Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines.</li> <li>Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li> <li>Self-motivated</li> </ul>
