Responsibilities: <ul><li>Repair and maintain HVAC systems </li><li>Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis</li><li>Responds to routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs</li><li>Plumbing, drywall repair, carpenter functions, special trade</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma or certificate from educational institute preferred but not required</li><li>12 months related experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and training or experience in the field</li><li>Current valid driver’s license preferred</li></ul>
