Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Acts as a partner in business planning process and leverages customer, competitor and market information to proactively&nbsp;identify and assess new business opportunities&nbsp;industry research, trade and industry events, media coverage, etc. to form a complete picture of customers, markets, and&nbsp;growth opportunities&nbsp;aligned, and are measurable&nbsp;will be used to determine solution and operation decisions.</li> <li>Organizes,&nbsp;evaluates and communicates information from multiple sources including but not limited to customer insights,</li> <li>Supports customer segmentation to help align solution offerings with customer and market needs</li> <li>Identifies core strategic imperatives and defines compelling initiatives that drive growth, are strategically</li> <li>Leverage professional background and specific knowledge base to develop rigorous strategic and financial analysis that</li> <li>Collaborates with multiple departments to drive projects to timely and&nbsp;high-quality&nbsp;completion</li> <li>Support sales and client management in bringing solutions to market.</li> <li>May monitor related legislation and advises senior management relative to compliance</li> <li>May research new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities</li> <li>May assist in creating company's strategic and annual plans</li> </ul>
Requirements: <div id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1417.row1" class="inlinepanel" title="">&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree;</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or private equity, with proven ability to develop business transformation strategies based on market- and customer-centric information and analysis (5 years or more at the Manager level, 10 years or more at the Director level);</li> <li>5 years of experience in a senior management role are required to be considered at the Director level.</li> <li>or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.</li> <li>Master's degree in Finance, Business, Product Marketing, or related field would be a plus (preferred at the Director level)</li> <li>Knowledge of managed care industry, provider industry, health care consulting, and/or specialty benefit management solutions</li> <li>Cross-industry experience in both health insurance and health-related industries such as health information technology or provider operations.</li> <li>Expert PowerPoint, Excel skills and data analysis skills</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Must be able to travel up to 20% of time</li> </ul>
